By using YTVideoToMP4 (ytvideotomp4.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the service does
YTVideoToMP4 lets you convert a publicly available YouTube video into an MP4 or MP3 file for personal use. Files are generated on request and sent to your browser. We do not host, store, index or offer any video library.
What you may convert
You may only use the service for content that you have the right to download, such as:
- videos you uploaded yourself;
- videos whose owner has given you permission;
- videos published under a licence that allows reuse, such as Creative Commons;
- public-domain works.
You must not use the service to infringe copyright or other rights, to download music, films, TV shows or other paid or licensed content without permission, or to redistribute or sell content you don't own. YouTube's own Terms of Service restrict downloading; you are responsible for complying with them and with the laws of your country.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the links you submit and for how you use the files you download. We do not check the copyright status of each video.
Limits and fair use
The service is free and offered with limits, including a maximum video length of 60 minutes and a limit on requests per minute. Automated access, scraping, bulk downloading, or using the service through scripts or other sites is not allowed. We may block access that harms the service or other users.
Copyright requests
We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and similar laws. See our copyright and DMCA policy. Videos reported by rights holders are blocked from the service, and repeat abuse can lead to blocked access.
Trademarks
YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. YTVideoToMP4 is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that any video can be converted, that files will be error-free, or that the service will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YTVideoToMP4 is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or of files you download.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date of the latest version is shown on this page when it changes. Contact: support [at] ytvideotomp4.com.
